Rajas of the Global Country of World Peace
All Governments, Well-Wishers of Humanity Coronation Ceremony Now Under Way to Crown Newly Trained Rajas (February 2, 2005) His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi extended a warm and open invitation to all governments and well-wishers of humanity to participate in a new Raja Training Conference to train Administrators of his Global Country of World Peace. The Raja Training will begin on the full-moon day of February 23 at the Capital of the Global Country of World Peace in Meru, Holland. Maharishi said the Rajas will be trained to harness from within their own Self the Constitution of the Universe—which administers the infinite diversity of the universe with perfect order—to quietly bring enlightenment to every individual and invincibility to every nation, and create permanent world peace in the family of nations. Maharishi also announced that His Majesty Raja Raam, First Ruler of the Global Country of World Peace, is presiding over a grand coronation ceremony to crown the newly trained Administrators from the first Raja Training Conference. The coronation ceremony is being celebrated from February 7 to 13 at the highest point in Holland. Ringing the bell of eureka for the good fortune of all mankind Maharishi said the Raja Training comes after 50 years of success of his worldwide movement—and “rings the bell of eureka” for the good fortune of all mankind. “Now is the time to present to the world competent leaders who are trained in the total knowledge of the Constitution of the Universe, which promotes the evolution of everyone and everything—both holistically and individually—in the infinite diversity of the ever-expanding galactic universe,” Maharishi said. “The Rajas will actualize from within their own Transcendental Consciousness the Constitution of the Universe so that every aspect of the daily life of the individual and nation will always be in full accord with Natural Law. They will transform the destiny of mankind from a history of human errors and weaknesses to a new era of divine excellence in the light of Total Natural Law—the light of God.”
Self-sufficient individuals with an aspiration Maharishi invited large numbers of people to be trained—people from every background from every country who are financially self-sufficient and who aspire to be in the highest echelon of leadership in the world. In addition, Maharishi issued a special invitation to governments to send their representatives. “The government does not have to search for the wisest people to send for Raja Training because through this training everyone will return to his country as an expert administrator who will promote prevention-oriented, problem-free administration and bring invincibility, dignity, and honor to the nation,” Maharishi said. | ||

Maharishi said the Raja Training Conference will be offered in all languages and will utilize instant means of communication, such as the Internet, so that the training can be held worldwide. Instead, the Rajas will be trained in the unbounded field of Being—the Constitution of the Universe. “In the same way as a gardener waters the root to nourish the whole tree, the Rajas will enliven the field of Being from within their own Self to promote the evolution of everyone—both collectively and individually,” Maharishi said. In this way, Maharishi said, the Rajas will fulfil their parental role for the nation and satisfy all the people. “The billions of desires of the millions of people in the country can only be fulfilled by a ruler who is established in the silent field of Being—the basis of all knowledge and dynamism in the universe. The Raja alone has the power to achieve everything from within himself,” Maharishi said. Rajas will rise to the peak of human potential—Unity Consciousness Maharishi said the benefits from the Raja Training will go first and foremost to the Raja himself. “The Rajas will rise to the peak of human potential—Unity Consciousness—and will enjoy all-time bliss within themselves,” Maharishi said. “There will be no end to their joy on the individual level and no end to their authority on the collective level.” Raja Training is the fulfilment of the wise throughout the ages Maharishi concluded by saying that the Raja Training is the fulfilment of the dream of the wise throughout the ages. “Here is the supreme knowledge which is beyond all imagination,” Maharishi said. “It is a miracle that bestows enlightenment on the individual and gives him the capability to radiate invincibility to the nation. Maharishi Offers Governments Formula
His Majesty Raja Raam “Our formula will render life free from problems, negativity, and suffering” (February 9, 2005) His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi this week offered to government leaders a simple formula to raise their nations to invincibility, create permanent world peace, and render all life free from problems, negativity, and suffering. Maharishi invited governments to • contract with his University of World Peace in Holland to train groups of peace-creating experts in their countries. These groups will create coherent collective consciousness—the basis of national invincibility—to prevent negativity from arising anywhere in the country. • send large numbers of people to the next Raja Training Conference to become successful Administrators in their country. The Rajas’ policies of governmental administration will prevent problems, negativity, and damaging tendencies from arising anwhere in the world. Through education and health programs, the Rajas will maintain perfect alliance with the Constitution of the Universe—which administers the universe with perfect order—so that whatever they desire for the benefit of the world will be fulfilled by Natural Law. Groups of peace-creating experts will promote Maharishi said his formula to raise every nation to invincibility is based on the authenticity of the eternal Veda—the Constitution of the Universe—and on 50 years of success in bringing enlightenment to millions of people around the world through his Transcendental Meditation program and Yogic Flying. Maharishi’s invitation is also based on extensive scientific research, which shows that just a small number of people—from a few hundred to a few thousand—practicing Transcendental Meditation and Yogic Flying together in groups in a country are sufficient to enliven the Constitution of the Universe and create coherent collective consciousness for the whole nation. The number of peace-creating experts required to create this positive effect for a country is based on the size of its population. “Now, any government, whether it is a democracy, monarchy, or dictatorship, can establish a peace-creating group and enjoy problem-free administration and rise to invincibility through alliance with the Constitution of the Universe,” Maharishi said. Maharishi also made it clear that he is no longer asking governments to adopt his programs. “If governments want this knowledge to fulfill their parental role for the nation and live gracefully on earth, they are welcome to contract with the University of World Peace. But whether they take it today or they leave it for their successor to take it tomorrow, every nation is destined to rise to invincibility,” Maharishi said. Manmade constitutions create problems instead of preventing them In response to a press question about the cause of government failure, Maharishi identified manmade constitutions—with their human weaknesses and failings—as the basis of the chaos and conflict that grip every nation. Maharishi also targeted government policies in defense, education, health care, agriculture, etc., that are based on partial knowledge of Natural Law. Such policies, Maharishi said, create dangerous problems with hazardous side effects—rather than preventing the problems before they arise. Maharishi emphasized that it is not his habit to criticize. Nevertheless, Maharishi said, it is important for the world to understand clearly the failings of government. “Then everyone will know what has to be improved—and that we have the total knowledge of Natural Law to improve it,” Maharishi said. | |

Maharishi concluded by inviting large numbers of people from every country to attend the next Raja Training Conference and become expert Administrators. “The Rajas will not be trained to lecture—they will be trained to think from the source of thought, Total Natural Law, and produce the effect so that their every thought, speech, and action will be supported by Natural Law. Then the Rajas will always be nourishing to everyone,” Maharishi said. Maharishi added that the Raja Training is open to anyone who is financially self-sufficient with a desire to do something significant with his life. “I wish to train thousands of Rajas so there is an Administrator in every state in every country. It will be like putting up light posts here and there so the entire street is lighted. If I am able to train thousands of Rajas, the world will enjoy Heaven on Earth forever,” Maharishi said. | |

Maharishi said the Rajas can transform any nation within three or four months—without making any changes in the government. The Rajas will train a group of few hundred to a few thousand people—the number depends upon the population of the country—to create the positive effect. The Rajas are trained to function from Transcendental Consciousness— Maharishi said any government can contract with a Raja to create heavenly administration—just as it contracts with an engineer or builder to construct new roads or bridges. “The Rajas have been trained to function on the level of Transcendental Consciousness—the Constitution of the Universe,” Maharishi said. “Functioning from that unmanifest level, the Rajas will ensure the whole country will be governed by Total Natural Law. His Majesty Raja Raam personally performed the global coronation ceremony for the newly-trained Rajas, which was celebrated from February 7 to 13 at the highest point in Holland. “His Majesty Raja Raam has trained Rajas as examples of competent rulers in the world—and many more Rajas will soon be trained,” Maharishi said. “Then every nation will be administered by rulers who are competent to prevent the emergence of any problems or negativity anywhere in the nation.”

The age-old history of government failure is coming to an end Maharishi concluded by saying that the age-old history of government failure is coming to an end. “We don’t mind what has happened in the past because now we have the ability to shape the future for all good for everyone in life. Every individual will rise to enjoy his cosmic status through the experience of the Constitution of the Universe—the unmanifest field where individual consciousness and unbounded consciousness meet,” said Maharishi, who added that the collective effect of groups of Yogic Flyers will be miraculous as well. “Life in every nation will be free from negativity, conflict, and sickness—life will be lived in bliss. Global Announcement of Training Program Maharishi announced the new training program during his February 23 global news conference. The announcement was then published in the International Herald Tribune on February 24 and in other major newspapers around the world. Maharishi emphasized that every government is invited to participate in the training—whether the government is based on democracy, monarchy, dictatorship, communism, or any other system of administration. “The Invincibility Course is open to those already in government and those who want to be in government. Patriotic social, religious, and economic leaders are also invited for the training. They will rise to enlightenment themselves while creating invincibility for their nations,” Maharishi said. Manmade constitutions are the cause of all failure of government Maharishi identified manmade constitutions as the basic cause of all failures of governments today—and throughout history. “Governments are ruled by manmade constitutions,” Maharishi said. “But no manmade constitution can ever be free from human weaknesses and human failings. And that is why administration is unsatisfactory in every country.” “The only salvation,” Maharishi said, “is for every government to have the science and technology of the most ideal, cosmic administration of the universe—the knowledge and practical techniques to gain the support of Natural Law in the national consciousness of the country.” No military can save the nation Maharishi emphasized that no military can safeguard the nation. “The fact is that no military can truthfully say today that it can save the country. Times have changed—governments are invited to face the facts. Neither their military power, nor their allies who are out to destroy the world, can save the nation through weapons and destructive means of defense,” Maharishi said. “Readiness to die and to kill the enemy is no guarantee of safety and security for any nation.” Instead of depending on the military, Maharishi said, every government is invited to take recourse to “this new royal, divine knowledge to raise the nation to invincibility—to quietly and effectively ban the birth of an enemy inside or outside the nation.” The Invincbility Course will be held at Maharishi Vedic Universities in Europe, North America, India, and throughout the rest of the world. However, at the request of a government, the course can be held in any country—and can be held under the auspices of the government.
Governments invited to contract with Maharishi Vedic University Maharishi also invited every government to contract with his Vedic university to establish a group of a few hundred to a few thousand Yogic Flyers in the country to create coherent collective consciousness, the basis of invincibility for the nation. The number of Yogic Flyers required depends upon the size of population of the country. “Just as the government gives contracts to experts for building bridges, roads, electric power lines, etc., it can also contract with our University to build invincibility for the nation,” Maharishi said.
